Question Loan Scenarios

I have two new loan scenarios:

1. 550 FICO $150K Purchase Price 2nd Home Need 85% LTV, SFR Full Doc

2. 613 FICO $360K Purchase Price Primary Need 100%, SFR Full Doc

I might be able to do your first scenario as long as it is a true second home (over 50 miles away from primary)

On your second scenario if our credit shows a 620 we will be able to do it.
