Loan Scenarios

I have two loan scenarios that I need to find homes for:

1. 620/624 FICO Need 100% SISA Purchase SFR Owner Occupied 450K Purchase Price
2. 702 SIVA SFR 95 or 100% LTV C/O Refi 675K Appraised Value (Also wants no escrows or prepayment penalty) Possibly interest only or Option ARM

Yes, I know these scenarios are going to be close to impossible to place, but I never like to give up before I start

Any takers?
