He's self-employed...can you get bank statements? We can take 12 months business or personal to qualify as full doc and then do the 90% for you.

hav you tried novelle, first bank mortgage, fremont, first franklin, wmc direct, long beach, lendsource, solutions funding??? there is alot of lenders out there let me know so i can email you the list.

be careful wit argent, first franklin will close it fast but the rate but they have all sort of ysp specials goin on
