Question Loan Amounts down to $40K
Hello

I know a lot of lenders have increased there loan amounts and other criterias have changed over the past few weeks; however, I'm still looking for someone who does loan amounts down $40k. Holla if you here anything.

I just finished up a 36k loan in MO in January and a 76k last week w/ First Franklin. As far as I know, they still go down that low... As should be suspected, interest rates aren't very pretty

Accredited does stand along fixed seconds. 380/180 terms. Pretty good rates based on CLTV and fico. Go as low at 30k though.
