Smile Mortgage Leads

I am just responding to your request for advice on Mortgage leads. I have been purchasing leads for the last 3 years from the same lead source. I would recommend calling him. His name is Eric McClenon 425-314-6177.
I have tried many lead providers and have found them to be the best and the most honest.

Good Luck to you.
Lisa Dean

If you've been using the same person for the last 3 years, they must be worth something. I'm curious what kind of ratios you're getting out of that. Closed deals I mean. Stay away from leadsforless.com, put in over $1,000 ytd and all I get when I call is a sly New York accent and the run around, "oh, try one of these real time leads" and I'm the 35th guy to call in the last TWO weeks. About to go off ......

The guy that owns leads-for-less.com is actually running a mortgage shop. His name is Brett Rosenblatt (or something like that). I met him 2 years ago. Anyhow, that's too bad ColoanHound.

Their leads are cheap and I'm sure there's a market for it... but if you are truly serious (and this goes out to others as well) about getting some real quality leads, my suggestion is to do your homework dilligently. Sometimes its worth paying a lot for something that will pan out good.

Yes, there are a bunch of scams out there but if you've been in this industry for a while and have been burnt and abused - I promise you! You will eventually run into that company that can generate you good leads. Go check out http://www.leadsbid.com. As a matter of fact, give The Chief a call. I'm pretty impressed with this guy b/c he knows 'Leads'. I mean, 'He Knows Leads'. The Chief knew how I generated my leads after 20 minutes of chatting with him. BTW, I didn't even explain to him how I produce it but yet he figured it out.

Consult with The Chief because he knows his shizzle when it comes to any leads.

Carlo,

Thanks for the plug and understanding that education+information = power and results. LeadsBid.com was established to put the mortgage community back in control of the lead buying process...Your Leads, Your Price - Always!

I joined this board to share in any way I can to make our industry a better place. If anyone needs info on the different types of leads, what makes them work, how to make your ROI a positive experience, and how to avoid mistakes...email me here. ( by the way, I don't sell leads.)

Remember, when Lead Co's Compete, You Win!

The Bid Chief

I am all for competition. I think it makes the fraudulent lead companies stand out and allows the honest ones to show through results and referrals. Good luck to all. If anyone is in need of live transferred leads, kindly send me an email and I will at least give you our overview and how we can assist.
