lenox national questions?????

I ran into a borrower that is getting no origination fees. No closing costs... So i call up lenox and they say that someone else pays for the closing costs. They aren't getting yield spread to my knowledge because they are quoting the same rate. And my rate is at par. What the ****** If this is true then i need to broker out my files to these people HUGE selling point! So is this true can someone explain it to me.
