I agree with Greg, Secret. I read your posts on this site and others and you are always on your high horse. I know that you have a lot of experience and knowledge, but it would be nice if you gave more information and answers to peoples questions, instead of always being the police officer telling people they are doing things wrong or telling people to go ask their broker. The purpose of these forums are to be able to ask questions and share information.

I will use broker credit up to 60 days through funding. My underwriting team will of course pull credit to verify score has not dropped. If score does drop, we will compare our credit to the broker's credit. If they match perfectly, we will use broker's score to price the loan. If not, the loan will have to be re-structured. Contact me with any loan scenarios you may have.....my number is (914) 593-4496.

I'm think Greenpoint will use it up to 90 days old if the file is submitted online.

Secret! has a spectacular aura about
Talking

Ya know what das & greg, I just now re-read what I said and I cannot understand your replies. My initial remark that it is reckless as hell to do a loan with 2 month old credit report is a clear cut absolute sound credit lending viewpoint, 2) the founder of that wholesaler, then I complimented him for having a lot of good sense (I've known Fred Baldwin since 1984) I happen to know real well, and I cannot imagine him doing anything as foolish as that ... unless it's a secondary market acceptable situation. High-horse? Maybe the red will help you read the words.

You're both wound way to tight to deal with people inside a chat room ....

I went ahead and edited my remark. I want to appologize for that. Re-read my post.

Your comment is relevant though. It is something we should all consider when using these kinds of programs. It may come back on us down the road.

People are not always the way you think they are huh.
In terms of the type, kind, and wisdom of replies ... just like real life Greg, the Internet discussion boards are like a box of chocolates, "you never know what you're gonna get"
