need land loan, in VA, 48 acres, rural land, no costruction loans, stated self, 35 ltv is rate and term at $350k loan amount, would like cash out, value = $1 mill, 680 mid score, owns 5 properties, have appraisal, email knielsen@oldmerchants.com, thanks

I have a solution for your problem. If your borrower is self employed I can get them an unsecured business line of credit from $50,000 to $300,000 stated. Full Doc up to $500,000.
