just removed off the market

i have a refinance with a 723 mid and and a 95-100cltv. cash-out. but the property was just taken off the market yesterday any ideas?

First,Sit down with your borrower and help them put together a really good LOE regarding why the property was listed in the first place, what changed that they decided to remove it, and what their plans for the property now are.

Second, get a copy of the cancelled listing showing the date it was cancelled. Also have the appraiser make note of the fact that the listing has been cancelled in the appraisal report.

Any lender that does no seasoning loans should be able to help with one. WAMU, Greenpointe, Citi Mortgage, ACT Mortgage (I think) and UBS Home Finance all come to mind.

ABN AMRO does not have MLS or Title seasoning. Take it conforming even for the rate term.
