Jumbo And Super Jumbo Lenders
Im Looking To Find Out Which Lenders Specialize In These Loans So I Can Establish A History Also Im Wondering If Any Of Them Offer Any 100% Options

Harbour Equity Partners does super jumbo loans. These loans are for single family only. We can go up to 90% as long as all of the peices of the puzzle fit. We fund 1.5 and up. 720 fico and up. Full doc or stated/verified. On stated/verified borrower needs 30%of loan amount in reserves.
