Jumbo Cashout Refi Are They Out There?

I HAVE A CUSTOMER THAT OWES 1.257 MIL ON THE FIRST AND 350 ON THE SECOND. THEIR HOUSE WAS APPRAISED AT 2.1 AND THEY ARE LOOKING ON COMBINING THE FIRST AND SECOND AND CASHING OUT. THEY ARE AT 80 RIGHT NOW AND ARE TRYING TO GET TO 90 OR 85 LTV. ANY IDEAS. CREDIT SCORE IS 680 FULL DOC NO BK. CLEAN BORROWER.

Try Fifth Third Bank..They still have some equity jumbo programs available...they may have a 700 min FICO but I can't remember off the top of my head. Good luck
