Question

Jumbo

I have a customer in the middle of a divorce. He wants to refi/co to buy his wife out of her share. Home is worth $3.6 million and we are looking for 85% LTV. 631 mid score. He's a doctor and makes over $50K a month.
Can anyone do this?
