No Doc.. I do not have one for that score. SISA, SIVA, and No Ratio yes. Will those work? Can a verbal VOE be done or cpa/bus lic.?

Then get a better rate and more ysp with one of those. If assets can be verified then that would even be better. But, just give your borrower the advice and let them pick. Works nice sometimes to ask them what they prefer.

Another thing is if he is sold at a higher rate you could always make it a surprise right at the end or before closing that you dropped his rate for being an amazing customer. Yeah see how that works lol
