| Investment property lender question
Hello all!
Elmer here. I have a client that is wanting to buy a 60 year old property as an investment property! He put it through a lender that did not ask him for a clean 5 point inspection, but did ask him for reserves that he did not have! So is wanting to buy the property as is, and a lender that will provide lending with the property as is, and he is wanting to do his repairs and ungrades after he buys the property! Does anyone know of a lender that will lend money on the property as is and will not ask for a clean inspection report? My experience has been that any repairs the inspection points out, have to be satisfied by the time they close on the property! Help please ...Holler back !
