Investment Construction No Doc - Stated - loans

Hi All,

I have a client that I am trying to obtain the best possible loan for as they will be repeats. The scenario is as follow:
Construction Loan
Needs to be fully stated no doc (they are self employed)
The loans will be for investment purposes
Their scores are as follows:
Borrower 659 - 688 and 702
C0-Borrower 598 - 629 and 649 (with a bankruptcy discharged in 2002)

So far the only bank that I have found that will seal the deal is Bismark Mortgage.

Also this loan will be for 3 units.

They are also looking for a land / construction loan for 4 units.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
