impossible loan help-who can do?

Cash out re-fi, 70 ltv, client in forebearance, discharged oct 2005, owner occupied, 546 mid score, 30-30, 11-60, 15-90 days late. florida- thanks.

Fremont will go to 65% LTV, but the cash out will be maxed at $1K. The rate will be through the roof, but let me know if that will work.
