I'm looking to switch brokers that does loan and real estate

I'm in Simi Valley, CA so I'm looking around the 818 and 805 local area.

I am looking to switch brokers at the moment and I am mainly looking for a broker that can relate to my needs as a creative investor/realtor. I am looking for a broker/investor that understands creative real estate and to help harness my knowledge on lease options, wraps, subject to, owner financing, short sales, wholesale, retail, rehab, paper notes, quit claim deeds, land trust, syndiation, hard money lenders, private money, etc. I've been trained to do traditional buying and selling and I have taught myself these creative techniques to separate myself from other traditional realtors. I've realized my main niche is to focus on new and seasoned investors to help educate and leverage their equity or line of credit to acquire properties. Please understand that I can service regular buyers and sellers, however if I were to come across a private seller or FSBO that declines my offer to list it, I plan to switch hats as an investor, and my LLC will outright buy it, fix it, and I can list it with your firm.

I also plan to become a loan officer as well to expand my knowledge in the mortgage industry and to better analyze personal investment deals and trade paper notes. I've been doing part time real estate for about a year and I have 1 transaction under my belt so far due to my full time IT job. Another reason why I want to leave my broker is due to high office fees that arent necessary for me since I am barely at the office.

About me:
25 years old
Bachelors degree in Computer Science
Business minded and savvy with Internet marketing
Licensed with REMAX On the boulevard(Woodland Hills)
Licensed with REMAX Centra(Las Vegas)
Designed my own websites www.preferredvalleyhomes.com and www.pcginvestors.com
Designed my own business cards and mailers.
1 year of studying creative financing/real estate
Just started a Nevada LLC, Paradigm Capital Group, with proper corporate structuring and an umbrella/insurance policy.
Within the LLC are 4 members, 2 non realtors and 2 realtors
LLC plans to buy 4-5 properties(rehab) each month within California.
LLC plans to buy 5-20 properties(cash flow) each month outside California.
If my LLC buys a property on the MLS, I can represent the LLC under your firm to get the selling commission, fix it, relist it with your firm for the listing commission.
If my LLC buys a property NOT on the MLS, we buy it, rehab, the I can represent the LLC under your firm to get the listing commission.

Overall, I am looking for:

Broker who understands/implements creative real estate investing/financing.
Broker that I can potential partner up with on a few investment deals.
Training/mentorship
Broker that allows me to be part time real estate till I can transition to a full time.
Broker that allows low production due to my full time job.
Broker that will allow me to do loans.
Low fees in general.

If you feel that I am a liability due to my creative thinking, please disregard my proposal.
However, if you feel that you can help harness my investor's mentality, talents and ambitions, I'd like to come in for an interview. Thanks for your time and happy new year.

macp will become famous soon enough
Thats a very impressive resume. I am willing to hire you.
You must know how to make coffee and work late to clean the office after everyone has gone home.

I do know of a company that you can sell real estate and originate at the same time. I will email it to you when I have time to find it.
