I have my License now what?

If you could change anything the way you started what would you change and how would you of changed it? If you did it perfect, then what did you do. Thanks all.

If I had it to do over again I'd probably try to start at a brokerage that provided quality leads and training, even for a smaller percentage, so that I could perfect my skills.

Join a corporation instead of a broker shop. It is along the same lines of what Erik says. Training and help in the beginning are essential.
