nope, not Shane. My name is Dave. I've been investing in rentals, a mix of condos/townhouses/singles. I have done a couple fixer uppers as well and resold for a profit. I am in the process of selling a couple places to build up some cash to focus a little more on the fixers. Real estate investing is the way to build long term wealth in my opinion. I know the market is changing in some areas, but over the long term it's the way to go.

Das,

I totally agree with that statement. Fixer upper is the quick way to generate income. A buddy of mine bought a fixer upper 8 months ago and he is getting ready to flip it. He spent $60k to remodel the house and close to profit $120k from it. Not too bad, huh?!

Carlo

Yes I agree it is a wonderful way to earn an income and you do not "work for the man"

I have alot of great investing stories to share from the investors I deal with.

Alvin is doing something I have seen a couple become multi millionaires from.

Care to share it alvin? (Add-On tip)
