How many of you are investors?
Ive heard most realtors do very little investing because theyre brainwashed to make their broker's rich. I'm just curious about loan officers and mortgage brokers doing personal investments themselves?

btw: do your brokers teach you how to buy discounted notes? or is this a specialty you learn on your own?

I do not invest myself personally but I help several with financing and advise a few on business stradegy.

I learned buying notes discounted on my own.

alot of people that ive talked to have said the same with little time. i know these people have the money and credit and im setting up partnerships with them to be my financial backer.
