Home Sale From Relative- HELP

I have a borrower who needs to sell his home, for a short period.. ( 2 months or so) and then sell it back to him.. I havent really shopped this loan but I know it may be difficult. ( arms length transaction)

The second sale will need to be stated/stated...With 650 or so

Anyone have any ideas?
