I had bank call me looking for a lender, that would finance a church that someone wants to live in. Any ideas on this one???? LOL

Try looking under some options for a comercial property is gona be your best bet. What is the building Clasified as?

Delta Funding & Popular Financial Services do "Mixed Use", but I don't know about Churches. BTW: IT is not uncommon for a Pastor to reside in the Church when just starting out.

This isn't a pastor wanting to live in the church. This is someone wanting to convert it to a home.
