help with tough loan!!!!!!!!!!
Borrower with 547 Middle score needs a 80% LTV cash out.
Has three mortgage lates 2 X 30, 1 X 60,
Stated, has several good trade lines open.

They've been advertising 90% down to 520 score, Full doc.
I'm not sure what they'll say about the lates.
