Matt,
There are some good companies out there but I'm not familiar with these guys. Use your gut and start small...if these leads turn out to be great, there shouldn't be a problem ordering more next time...in my humble opinion I avoid ever saying the term exclusive leads without prefacing the fact that they may be exclusive to that company but exclusivity is out of their control.
What if this borrower went to a couple of web sites and filled out 2 internet leads...the guy you buy from and another company. Let's say 1 is reputable and 1 isn't. All the borrower you are about to call knows is that he has gotten buried in phone calls and is turned off by the whole experience. Why, one person's exclusive lead didn't offer you exclusivity. You never know where the prospect has been and what activity he has done to get to you.
Anyone who has purchased leads for any amount of time has heard "you are the 20th person who has called me"- followed by CLICK!
Again let me state there are good internet leads to be had...you just have to know which rock to look under.
If you have questions about who delivers based on my customers feedback, i'll point you to a few companies that have stood the test of time.
