I am thinking about working with eleadz, has anyone ever used them or heard any good or bad feedback on their leads? Thank you so much for your advice and help.

I used to co-op with eLeads 3 years ago. I haven't talked to Tim Bancroft in a while. Anyhow, they're pretty good but keep in mind that was yrs ago, I'm not sure how they are now since internet leads are being bombarded. Also, you might want to checkout estreetloans.com and ask for Robin. A few of my clients order leads from me with a mixture of estreetloans and they are panning out good results. Give it shot.

Thanks,
Carlo

Internet Leads

Eleadz is hit or miss, I actually closed out my account with them yesterday. My rep. was the biggest Jackoff and the leads were supposed to be real time. Everyone I did get a hold of said they made the request weeks if not months ago. I went thru my initial 1,000 deposit in 3 weeks. I did manage to get a deal out of from a guy who could just not close with his other attempts and I got it done for him, so not a total loss. However, my roommate has an account there and his rep cherry picks leads for him when he calls her in the morning and he does very well with them.
The best source I have found so far would be "Getsmart" by far, they are powered by lending tree and I could not be happier with them. If you are sitting at your computer while the filters are on and you get a lead, there will be a very good chance if you call it you will get the borrower on the phone while he is sitting at the computer still.

James

Nice.... utilize lending tree's advertisers for a lot less cheaper. Want to know more? Call me.

Getsmart is used by large corporations a lot. Finance companies. You could really do well if finance companies are your competition.

saw this regarding eLeadz...

There are some good ones out there, a few, the key is knowing who they are...if you need recommendations, email me - I'll give you a couple that are above board.

Once you have the leads you're looking for, how do you plan on contacting them? Phone, Mailers, automated?
