Anybody know a lender that can do 100% No tradeline requirements. 628 Fico.
He's been working for a temp agency for the past 6 months same line of work. I'm in OK.

Hey, as long as the borrower is over a 620 and going full doc they do not need to meet any tradeline requirements. Feel free to give me a call at 443.921.1320. Thanks!

Temp to hire OK? I can't do cancelled checks on the VOR because she has been renting from her sister. (And of course she payed cash a few times.)

usualy they would have to have 2 open trades, but I think I can squeeze this one through. Do you have a 1003 and credit that I can look at? If so fax it to 206.666.4514.

Coming now. I'm in a HUGE time crunch so I need an honest pre-qual. I've had two AE's tell me they could do it, just to have it shot down in underwriting. The co-borrower has 3 good trade-lines but they aren't married. Only common-law.
