Hello everyone!!!!
Can someone please help me withe following scenario:

Commercial deal/OFFICE BUILDING;$2mil/cash-out re-fi; NO DOC;1-LINE APP;HARD MONEY EQUITY ONLY;NO DUE DILIGENCE FEES;TRUE HARD MONEY!!;NO FICO.....

can this type of deal be done? If so, ...who? Please respond , even if it'S NO.
