Hi everybody! I'm one of the outpost members that just found this forum. I like the little titles! Like "the guy in the desk in the hall" THAT'S WHERE WE PUT OUR NEW PEOPLE!!! LOL!

Anyways, I try to be knowledgable and help out. I provide leads like no other and if you don't know how to be a loan officer I'll teach you.

Welcome to MBL! Glad to have you here. You are now a MortgageBrokerLandian. Just a heads-up, the moderators here are very strict so they usually don't like it when lead providers post ads (lead sales) into the loan scenario section. Its good in a way b/c it keeps the forum professional - unlike some.

I find that I typically don't have to advertise to sell my leads.

Helping people out and showing credibility can go a long way.

Are you going to Secret!'s training this month? A few of the members here are going. You should go it's only a 5 hours drive from Phoenix. Actually, I was just there 3 weeks ago... I met Macp and Buckle2842.

Sadly I won't be there. We just got a new townhome and are taking care of all that.

Me... lived in Tempe? I never lived there. I guess a rumor went around BrokerOutpost that I was Netskrill and that's probably why you think I lived in Tempe (correct me if I'm wrong with my assumption)

Oh yeah! I forgot about that guy. I don't like rumors, they only do harm to innocent people or a situation that can easily be fixed.

If I recall correctly we've talked on the phone before. It's weird how you get to know almost everybody in this industry so fast. I've only been selling leads for ten months now and I almost know everybody on a first name basis or know who I don't want to know.

Lenderscout - I'm sure we have talked on the phone. I'm more of a person-to-person individual. Much better to build rapport. I've talked to most of the folks here in MBL by phone. BTW, I travel a lot so I might make it back to Scottsdale soon... I'll let you know when I'm coming.
