Hard Money Lender Needed
Real Estate Developer (Borrower) needs a 60 day short term hard money loan to complete real estate community.

Loan Amount is 1 Million. Asset is 11 Million Trust. Money is verified.

Willing to pay high interest rate. Curious if you could advise asap on this one. I have financial statements, and verification of proceeds.

Funds are for soft cost and extentions he will need the money for no longer then 60 days.
