hard money deal....lookin for hard money lender other than eastern

75%LTV full doc 318,000 loan amount 425 apprasied value DTI @ 33%, 3 famiy in RI 562 mid currently 2X90 behind 8g's on mortgage. I am looking for an investor or a hard money lender other than Eastern savings. Any suggestions?

I've noticed that I am 5% off on the LTV most of these hard money lenders are much tighter now and will only allow 70%.

Here's the issue you're going to run into.

As mentioned, the LTV is too tight. Hard money lenders will use the quick sale value for the property which will most certainly be lower than the value you listed.

The borrower would have to cross other property/assets to give this a shot, but even then the LTV may simply be too high for any lender based on their value.
