Hard To Close Scenerios

To some of the newer Loan Officer's who join I will share a few sites that might help if you cannot get a solution here. I am not an avid fan of weird loans because the content seems skewed in many cases but if you post here and cannot find a solution to your tough loan try weirdloans.com

I hope one day we have enough wholesale reps in here to create a more accurate search engine like we had in place on LIH.

Also lenderlab.com is another loan scenerio engine that is more accurate but has a cost. Last time I checked it was 50 per month.

I'm sure we will, especially if everyone keeps up with the passing the word to their contact lists.

So the LIH forum will go down but the directory never will? So you are still keeping the scenerio search in tact?

My question though is why 2 seperate url's? Is that not more expense?

It is a little extra, but not so much that ads there won't pay for it. It's still a way for people to find us here at MBL, which makes it worth it.

The one thing I have not learned about is what you are doing. Launching sites and doing ads that pay. I have limited knowledge of it.
