Yeah that's one of those ole skool marketing programs. However, not many use it today and it can be effective, especially if it were free.

Haines is popular among brokers and title companies providing leads.

They are worked pretty hard so jump on them before anyone else does. They allow sorting recorded mortgages by arm, lender name, interest rate, and all kinds of filters.
