Good TX Loan, help please.

707, and 708 mid scores, perfect history, over two years in the same job fields, going to have 3% down, 80K a year combined income and purchasing a 195K house in TX.

Finding a lender wasn't a problem, it was finding 100% or something with No PMI. Any lenders left that do this kind of thing?

Did you try USDA? You can plug in the address to see if it is in an area that qualifies and the income. It may work down there for you.

The requested resource (/eligibility/includes/layout/Welcome) is not available <-- And aparently they need some help with coding their site because the link does work.
