Question Foreclosure Purchase using TIN#
Anyone know of any lenders that will do Purchase Loan for a Foreclosure, using a TIN#? If so what is the max loan amount and maximum LTV?

This loan will be for NYC.

wells fargo home mortgage works with tin# if there is 2yrs of tax returns,I believe they have high amounts if owner occupied. Is there any credit history to look at or is everything non traditional?
