COLOANHound is an unknown quantity at this point
Foreclosure bailout question.

I've heard of programs like this, but am not exactly sure how it works and what the guidelines are. If anyone can share what they know, it would be appreciated.

I've closed one of these with Option One and they are the biggest pain's in the ass. The biggest thing about these are usually the trustee(in charge of gettin payments from borrowers) are very very hesitant to sign off on it. The only reason I got this loan to close was I had the attorney for the borrower file an emergency hearing with a judge to override the trustee.

I can do forclosure bailout We lend based on the Equity of the home and can complete quickly and can also pay the attorney through the close of escrow so if you have a relationship with an attorney then it can be very profitable for the both of you. Email me with other questions you may have.
