Foreclosure Bail-Out

I have a tough one here. A foreclosure bail-out on a manufactured home on a permanent foundation in Wyoming. If anyone can help me, I'd really appreciate it. Their sale date is 1/3/07.
Thanks.

Sue

Smile Foreclosure

Had a loan ready to go, however, appraisal showed a manufactured home instead of modular. Depends on the investor how fast they can turn it around. If you have sources, please either post them or email to me at sue@ludwell.com. Thanks.

Sale date means it is done foreclosed on doesn't it? Maybe I do not know the state well enough.?

I will Erik. I doubt anyone will help at this point though.

Foreclosure Bail-Out

In Wyoming there is a 90 day redemption period after the sale date. So I guess there still is time to redeem their home and keep it.

what is the LTV of the bailout? I think you could probably scrounge up a hard money investor or 2 if the LTV is right.........

You can give us more info without telling us who/where the client is ....

LTV , payoff / loan amount.........how old is the manu home....(will probably need to meet HUD reqirements) ...........
