Foreclosure

i have a borrower that is buying a condo in Virginia for 200k but he needs 100% and he had a previous home 15 months ago where the lender had started foreclosure but he then sold it and got divorce. he has a 623 mid score can any one help.

Dang if it was 18 New Century should do it.

Try First Franklin. I think they will do 12months. I had one I just cannot remember if it was them or not.

Do you try the scottsman guide to place deals first?

first franklin cannot do it they can only go to 90 or 95 need a 100% going to scotsman next
