Taj I have a 950k one not in foreclosure but 180 days down. 1.3 million value. Can ratio full doc with business bank statements and is in TX. Can you do that? 554 mid

Unfortunately Not, it'd have to have been a min 620 fico. Texas is just one of those stricter states for me. Sorry, have you tried World Savings or Wells Fargo?
