Good Faith Estimate
Service Provider Relationship
Truth In Lending
Borrower Cert & Auth
Mortgage Broker Business Contract + the FL Addendum
Notice to Home Loan Applicant
Misc Disc Notices (Occupancy, Anti-Coercion, FCRA, FHA/Govt)
ECOA
Flood Disaster Protection Act
Mortgage Loan Origination Agreement
Patriot Act Disc
PMI Disc (if applicable either for Fixed or ARM's)
Private Policy
Right to Receive Appraisal
Servicing Disclosure
4506 or 4506T
Florida Lender Disc (if you're classified as a lender)

Hope this helps :-)

Well, the forms are in most LOS systems. We however have our internal matrix of disclosures required for each state since we process for just about all of them. Hope it helped :-)

Hey Chrissy,

Do you use point? I can't find some of the items you listed. I assume they just have a slightly different name.
