Non Owner Occupied
Self Employed
Stated/Verified
Sales Price: $369,000
Appraised Value: $527,000
Loan Amount: $369,000
Stated Income/Verified Assets
DTI: 20%

Borrower has 774 credit score
Does not want credit pulled

Wants Hard Money loan

Needs to close quickly.

Borrower wants a short term loan (8 to 12 months) with no prepay penalty. They were very specific.
