Fix seconds in michigan

i need a lender who does fix seconds for self-employed 1099 worker who has a 684 mid and no reserves...any takers?

Accredited is pretty good @ doing fixed seconds. I don't know how the rates will be on wholesale side. Retail is competitive.

We have 380/180 240/240 180/180 fixed seconds.

finally spoke with our rep for accredited and they no longer have a fixed second program.
