If you called me 3 times a day for a week I wouldnt call you back either. In my opinion that is unprofessional and bothersome.
I understand this opinion and it is a good one for everyone to follow.

Professionally I feel it is my duty to the shareholders to maximize every opportunity and try to reach this customer.

Personally I totally agree with you. But, in knowing who I am and a little about how I do business I am only trying to call at various times to reach the customer at a more convienent time and would not be aggressive in persuing business if they do not want a mortgage anymore.

Make sense?

Sometimes people shop and are told one thing and that is not the same thing I offer. So many times Mortgage Brokers do not have FHA and people are told they need 20% down. For example a customer tried for 3 years with 13 mortgage brokers to buy a home. I closed it and they only had 1800 to bring at closing and got 6.5% fixed on an FHA deal.

If I am not persistant like I am then they may never realize their dreams can become reality.

I am mixed on this myself. I do not continue to do it until I reach them. I did it for 1 week. I totally understand though mac. Like I said I know it get's annoying to me when brokers call and especially when I am on the DNS list.
