Does Anyone Know...

Hello to all,

Does anyone know if there is a lender out there that doesn't need interior pictures for the appraisal? This would help much. Single Family Home is in Illinois.

Best,

Nope I do not know of any. However, some conforming programs waive it in DU/LP findings....

Sometimes, you can try being less aggressive on the estimated value and you will get a waiver. If you have a low LTV loan with good credit and your value is in the low range of the DU/LP AVM you will likely get one. So if say you try it and do not get one. Lower the value 5k and see what happens. Keep lowering it if you can if it still does not work.
