does anyone know any other lenders that do them

Do you have FHA? They allow them with a 12 month repayment on time every time. Great rate and LTV.

I can do them, no problem.

I need permission from the trustee, BK papers, Bk pay history, and mtg history. Only the mtg arrearages can have been included in the BK. I need 0x30 on both the BK and mtg pay histories.

From there, I can do cash-out, etc... with no LTV restrictions.
