Do Standalone 2nds full doc to 95%cltv or greater exist?

Looking for 95% cltv standalone 2nd, closing concurrently w/1st. Great dti, full doc, 697 mid but went 3x90 on a credit card just over 24 mths ago, so US Bank won't do it. Prefer HELOC, but will take ANYTHING! Who's still doing 95%+ 2nds out there anymore??
