Dilemma!!!

Hello everyone!

I am a virtual loan officer with a $440K purchase deal in Alabama. Problem...the company I work for is not licensed in Alabama

Solution...possible net branch opportunity or virtual loan officer position with a company that is licensed in most of the North/Southeast region.

Anyone suggestions would be great!

Here is the scenario:

$440K Loan Amount

100% financing

641/640 mid score both borrower & co borrower

Self employed

Full doc- using bank statements

O/O

ARM OR FIXED I/O

Its not legal to co-broke a deal, if that is what your asking. I am in Phoenix and can point you in the right direction to get it done if you want. I also know of a place where you can trade leads for ones you can do.
