Construction Loans
Hello

Anyone know any good wholesale lenders for construction? I have used Indymac but my experiences with them have not been great.
Currently have a builder that wants to work with me, and all Indymac offers is their SNAP loan. According to my AE all spec loans must use their SNAP program. Indymac has not been able to do 100% construction costs. I have been sending loans to a local bank who can do the 100% construction.
I would like to find a lender that can do better on construction loans.

Webster Bank has a bunch of good construction and so does Domestic Bank.
