| Construction Loan for a Gas Station
Hey guys Im looking for a wholesale lender who can help me with a construction loan for a gas station. My borrower has a fico of 725 and the land for the station has already been purchased. This is his 4th time building so he has a lot of experience. I just can't seem to find a lender that my company can get signed up with so we can see rate sheets and get rebate points. I have a lot of clients who want to refi gas stations and also need construction loans....please help!
