Hey Everyone,

I just wanted to find out if anyone has a compliance/quality control checklist for California? If not, can anyone recommend a good compliance company out here?

Looking for an up-to-date complianc/quality control checklist of all the forms needed for mortgages in the state of California? Also a referral to company out in California that does compliance for mortgage/real estate companies.

Yikes! Is there a page with just the up-to-date forms (due to patriot act, etc) that brokers need to have the client sign or is that tons of pages also?

That is what I am looking for. I want to make sure that I have everything up-to-date, so when I start doing a loans again, I am on the right track.
