Compensation question

What are your opinions about the following setup:
100% commission
$500 per file (no file fees first 90 days with company)
$500 per month desk fee if you work in our office
you provide your own leads

for Dallas area

The Wizard will become famous soon enough
Scott,

Will they be doing any marketing of the company? If so I think it is a sweet deal.
Even if they don't still a good deal.

Is the company owned by a non-profit organization? Do ya expect many new LO's will last past 90 days? Otherwise you're providing them a nice gig so they can make several thousand bucks (and potentially put the company neck out there in trouble - since they'll be at home (poking around in the unsupervised hardness - violating laws left and right - since noone has told them the right things to do) they'll be doing whatever it takes to keep their lights on while company license is in jeopardy) while they do loans for their family and the company gets to earn ZERO! If you're trying to close down the company - looks like a perfect plan to run it in to the ground

So what would be a better situation for him secret?

With this structure I do not see how you will be ok. 500 a month for a desk rental if they do it and 500 per loan max on your end?

Is there SRP for the branch?

What lenders do you have? FHA/VA? I think many look into more details so I am trying to compare the offer vs the tools if you know what I mean.
